Cemetery Bet Hahaim Tangier - Death records
Does anybody know anything about this family? I've found that the Rabbi Mordekhay Ben Joseph Laredo died in 1881, and he is burried in Belém, Brasil. Same place my wife's ancestor, Salomon Laredo emigrated. Toledano's book just say that this Salomon Ben Joseph Laredo was an english teacher in Tangier, but doesn't say if he got married, had children or where he died.
Hello everybody,I'm researching my wife's family genealogy, her surname is Laredo, her great-great-grandfather was called Solomon (Shlomo) Laredo, he was born approximately in 1848 in Tangier, Morocco and came to northern Brazil at the age of 20.
